NEW - Lifestyle Lunch Club - every Friday excluding the last Friday of the month 12pm - 2pm.
The Lifestyle lunch club is a great place to see old friends and make new ones. With delicious home cooked meals and deserts on offer along with tea and coffee, a raffle and bingo its a fantastic social afternoon. Demand for the club has been popular and there is currently a waiting list, please call us to add your name.
Our Fabulous & Free Tea Dance - Dancing With Dementia
The last Friday of every month 1.30pm - 3.30pm
Come and join us for our afternoon tea dance - Dancing With Dementia, no matter what your ability. With guest entertainers singing those old classics, tea, coffee & cakes and a whole lot of fun - you don't want to miss out! And whats more its all completely free.
Our building is completely wheelchair accessible with fully adapted toilet facilities.
The dance is open to everyone and we can't wait to welcome you all, so get your dancing shoes on and come and join the fun.
Lifestyle Friendship Club - for the over 50s Fridays once per month, 1.30pm - 3.30pm Every second Friday of the month.
Come and join us at our new friendship club, meet old friends and make new ones. Join in games or just chat with friends - it really is what you make it. Includes tea or coffee, bingo, cards games and more. Only £2 per session.
Pilates With Bridget, Fridays, 9.30am - 10.30am
A well established Pilates class with a knowledgeable and experienced instructor. Bring your own mat. Places in this class are limited so please ring ahead, call Bridget on: 07759154156
Yoga With Maria , Wednesdays, 12pm -1pm
Come and join us every Wednesday for a Yoga class with the lovely Maria from the Karma Hub. Relax your body and mind. Bring your own mat. Call us on 0114 2478383 to book your place. Alternatively you can just turn up on the day - spaces allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Burton Street Foundation, Mondays & Wednesdays 9am - 4pm
